A flowing set of postures linked together by the breath, with a strong focus on proper alignment. Through a creative sequence of poses that challenge the body and focus the mind, you will create both strength and flexibility. You will leave this class feeling strong, centered and rejuvenated. This is a well-balanced, active practice, appropriate for all levels with opportunities to go deeper for more advanced students as well as modifications for those just starting out or recovering from an injury.

You will find elements of Self Awakening Yoga in this slow flow class. Somatic awareness and movement meditations take you on a journey inward. Surrender to your true nature.

This class includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises), which will help bring peace to the mind and body. This class may include forward bends, backward bends, spinal twists, inversions and sun or moon salutations. Join us to increase flexibility of the spine, strengthen bones and stimulated the circulatory and immune systems. This class is suitable for all levels and is a great introduction to yoga for new students.

In our Aerial Yoga classes you will surprise your body & mind with something new and fun. Experience Zero-Compression Inversions that definitely relieve back pain by creating space between your vertebral discs for the nerves of your spinal cord to be loose. You will hydrate soft tissues that help relieve back pain as well. Increase your brain’s “powergive” to rebirth your brain cells as you release neurotransmitters through inversion therapy.

Let’s build heat (sweat out those toxins!) and stretch, strengthen, and tone our bodies! We will draw on traditional yoga postures and movement with breath while also incorporating light weights and repetition to strengthen and tone the whole body … and even get our heart rate up a bit. Modifications are offered to provide students plenty of options to either increase intensity or take it down a notch, making this yoga fitness fusion class a great option for everyone.
GyroTonic®
GyroTonic® is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. This original and unique method coordinates movement, breath, and mental focus.
GyroTonic® classes can be adapted to fit anyone’s ability. People from all walks of life take GyroTonic® classes, including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens, and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability.
People come out of a Gyrotonic® class with increased freedom of movement, greater strength, and more agility. Gyrotonic® exercises are adapted to fit anyone’s ability, from those recovering from injury or living with a disability to elite athletes.

This class works on strength, balance, core, and deep-tissue stretching. During this class, you will learn how to gradually find balance using different props icluding a balancing board. Curious to know more ? Come try it out! All levels are welcome.

Like the tides, we are deeply connected to the moon and her cycles. The intention and focus of each Kundaluna class will reflect the lunar energies of that day. This class was created by Kerri to be a powerful practice of Asana & Meditation inspired by Kundalini yoga and breathing techniques, beautifully aligning with nature, and holding space for the magical transformations that yoga facilitates.
