Evelina Bolognini

Holis Wellness Center Founder

CranioSacral Therapist | Family Constellations Facilitator | Gyrokinesis® & Gyrotonic Instructor

Evelina is a second-generation bodyworker and has been curious about the body as a whole since childhood. Following in the footsteps of her father, Evelina has studied a wide range of therapies in her native country, Italy, as well as in the US, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

With over 30 years of personal experience, passionate study, research, and professional dedication, Evelina’s therapeutic approach relies on a few different tools such as CranioSacral Therapy (non-invasive osteopathy), Gyrokinesis® & Gyrotonic® Modalities (mindful movement), and Family Constellations (systemic reorganization).

To define and deepen the reach of her therapeutic approach, Evelina relies on different types of body reading techniques such as Arm Reflex and Significance Detector.

  • Melanie calls Costa Rica her home after moving from New York City over 13 years ago. She is excited to share her love for all aspects of yoga, including physical asana practice, breath work, and meditation, with her students both in the studio and in nature. She teaches vinyasa flow, hatha and aerial yoga with a focus on alignment and strengthening. Melanie Moss is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

  • Tiina had her first yoga experience in a hot yoga studio in 2009, over the years she explored a variety of different styles until she came across Purna Yoga in 2015 where she discovered the value of practicing alignment in the postures. Within months issues that she had experienced in her hips for decades dissolved, and in 2017 she completed her 200 hr YTT with the same studio. For Tiina, alignment is an important foundation of the practice, and the practice itself is an exploration of appreciating, connecting, and opening the body from the inside out.

  • Kerri has been practicing and studying yoga for 18 years and began teaching and guiding others in their practice in 2012 in order to share the healing principles that she is so passionate about. With a background in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini and more recently, Aerial yoga, in Kerri’s classes you will always find a balance of Asana, breath work and meditation along with a safe, sacred space and nurturing environment.
