Vinyasa Yoga

VINYASA YOGA Manuel Antonio

A flowing set of postures linked together by the breath, with a strong focus on proper alignment.  Through a creative sequence of poses that challenge the body and focus the mind, you will create both strength and flexibility.  You will leave this class feeling strong, centered and rejuvenated.  This is a well-balanced, active practice, appropriate for all levels with opportunities to go deeper for more advanced students as well as modifications for those just starting out or recovering from an injury.

Power Yoga

In our Aerial Yoga classes you will surprise your body & mind with something new and fun. Experience Zero-Compression Inversions that definitely relieve back pain by creating space between your vertebral discs for the nerves of your spinal cord to be loose. You will hydrate soft tissues that help relieve back pain as well. Increase your brain’s “powergive” to rebirth your brain cells as you release neurotransmitters through inversion therapy.

Inspired by a world famous Ballerina, Lotte Berk. A fusion of Ballet, Yoga, Body Sculpting and Cardio. Works the legs, tones the buttocks, strengthens arms and abdominals. Improves your posture and flexibility. You will leave the class feeling energized and inspired from a challenging full body work out!


KIDS YOGA Manuel Antonio

A special class for the little ones…Through a series of yoga inspired games they will learn  how to enhance concentration, strengthen the body, relax the mind  and become more aware of themselves.Perfect solution while the grownups are receiving spa treatments!

Surfer´s Yoga

Yoga and surfing seem like such a natural fit.  Both demand from the body and mind extreme balance, endurance, acuity, stamina, and fluidity.  Our classes combine many disciplines of Yoga into a routine that targets surfing and its specific muscle groups.  We train to simultaneously achieve power, flexibility and balance.   This approach changes the way all parts of our body flow and work together.

Private Yoga Class

Whether you are looking for a way to deepen your existing practice or experience Yoga for the first time, Private Yoga is a powerful tool to bring you closer to your overall health and wellness goals.  Each session allows for you to receive undivided attention and to open new doors into self-discovery.


The Active Resistance Training® Method is the first ‘fitness practice’. A foundational fitness system developed over the course of Terri Walsh’s 30+ year career in New York City, The A.R.T. Method utilizes 2 foam yoga blocks to create whats called ‘active resistance’.

Privates Classes 

Private classes are 75 min length and can be done at our Studio or your location, transportation included!
One on One Classes:  $65
Couples Classes:  $40 each person
Group Classes:  $ 20 each  (Minimum 4 people)
