Structural Balance class is an intense and detailed practice aimed to create core awareness, strength, coordination, flexibility and improved posture and grace. In our classes we focus on building a strong foundation for your structure so you can be more effective and at ease in any other activities such as running faster, swimming and surfing better.
Learn the principles and fundamental exercises of Pilates and Structural Balance mat in a one-on-one setting. Undivided attention can be given to your specific needs and a customized approach will be achieved.
