Women’s Self Care Retreat

The idea behind this retreat is quite simple: to create an opportunity for women to come together and support one another in whatever phase of life or practice you are in. All of the offerings are designed to provide support for your process. Each day yoga + meditation will be offered, but nothing is mandatory. If you need a morning to yourself, take it. If you want to attend absolutely every class, great! The point is you have full permission to pick and choose. We’ll practice yoga each day, offering yin yoga as well as strengthening and energizing full-body flows. Everyone will also receive 3 free drop-in classes to Holis Wellness Center where you can take some phenomenal yoga, pilates, aerial yoga as well as special workshops. And please – take lots of time to do nothing at all. This is where we come to recharge.
